Can I make a payment to MHC online?
Yes! MHC has two payment portals, each offering the ability to manage either your Truck Payment Account or your Parts, Service, Carrier, or Leasing Account - sometimes referred to as a “trade account”.
Anyone who finances their truck through MHC Financial Services or pays their Parts, Service, Carrier or Leasing bill through an open MHC account can access the portals.
Why should I use the online payment platform?
These new portals allow MHC customers to make payments to view their accounts 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, with no fees for auto enrolled ACH payments. Additionally, customers can:
- View and obtain invoices
- Submit payments via ACH
- Schedule auto payments
- Set up authorized users
How do I set up an account?
Setting up an account is easy! First, you’ll need a credit application for both the truck payments and trade account access.
What do I need to set up my account?
You’ll need your email address, MHC account number and invoice number, as well as your bank account information to set up your account.
All new accounts will be emailed a unique link to the email address provided to set up access to your truck payment or trade account. You can also self-enroll by providing your account number and invoice number.
