Management Trainee Program
The Management Trainee program is a formalized nine-month program that recruits and develops highly motivated college graduates with a desire to pursue management opportunities within the heavy duty truck industry. The objective of the Management Trainee program is to develop a pipeline of qualified individuals, eligible for placement to an assistant management position within MHC.
Complete nine-month training program with rotations in each area of the organization: Service, Parts, Truck Sales, Leasing, Carrier and Corporate departments
Demonstrate skills, flexibility and an ability to multi-task during hands-on training before
moving on to the next training phase.
Establish and maintain a working relationship with the MHC management team, vendors and customers.
Attend vendor-sponsored events as required, including occasional evening or weekend assignments.
